With more than 30 years of clinical and leadership experience, Casey Grabowski brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge, empathy, and hands-on healthcare expertise to every family we serve.

A Lifelong Advocate for Seniors and Caregivers Casey earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has since dedicated his career to enhancing the quality of life for individuals—especially older adults navigating complex medical conditions.

His professional journey includes:

  • Acute care and outpatient therapy
  • Specialized work in sub-acute rehabilitation for seniors
  • Clinical education and mentoring of Physical Therapy students across the U.S.
  • Leadership as a manager and lead therapist, supporting teams and driving better care outcomes

Specialized Expertise in Stroke & Neurological Rehab
Since 2018, Casey has been a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist, recognized by the American Heart Association. He brings extensive experience supporting seniors and their families facing:

  • Post-stroke challenges
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Dementia and Alzheimer’s
  • Multiple sclerosis and brain injuries

From home evaluations to adaptive care planning, Casey ensures each client receives a thoughtful, personalized approach that supports safety, independence, and dignity.

As the Director of Client Services at A Place At Home – Schaumburg, Casey partners closely with Founder Neelima Gaikwad to deliver care that’s clinically sound, emotionally attuned, and always personal.
